This a garbage report with sewage sources. The only thing it gets right is that the DoD undercounts Chinese nuclear expansion.
Ayi on Webo pointed out that the latest report WRT China's nuclear arsenal from the US DoD/DIA mentioned that the PLARF ICBM brigades now operate 12 TELs each (from the previous erroneous figure of 6).

China about to have three ICBM launch windows in the early morning of 10/25/2024.
A typical ICBM launch from Taiyuan or Jilantai, shame they don't continue to launch into the Pacific Ocean.
The launch notable comes with five NOTAM zones with three of them overlapping together and the impact point is Minfeng ICBM impact zone.

Any ideas of what ICBM type ?
It is nothing surprising because the DIA has been late for party for like 5 years. DoD 2021 report has been mentioning, as i quote here:
However, there are more evidences that ICBM brigade are moving towards 24 launchers per brigade like nuclear IRBM unit. I don't see any technical problem of increasing ICBM per brigade compared to IRBM counterpart.

Pathetic. The US cannot design a single new solid ICBM and deploy it. While Russia developed Yars, Bulava, manufactured it. And spent money on Sarmat as well. Including basically building a new factory to produce it. And yet there was enough money left to develop the Su-57.
