It is too heavy to be towed by the regular Russian recovery vehicles. To tow it will require some kind of improvisation.

So Germany, which had like 10 patriot batteries before the war is sending its 3rd batter to Ukraine. But the US, which had 60 batteries, sent just one battery so far?

Threat landscape is completely different for US and Germany. The US probably sees their patriots as critical strategic assets that is needed in both ME and the Pacific. Anyhow, I doubt patriots will be deployed to the front due to the threat of drones.

Indeed. Patriots and SAMP/T are the only NATO GBAD system currently operated in Ukraine that can reliably shoot down ballistic missiles, with Patriot being the more mature and abundant platform. Russia has been using a larger proportion of ballistic missiles in its recent attack on energy infrastructure, which noticeably reduced Ukraine’s interception rate, as some attacks were likely outside Patriot coverage.

Rare, high-quality footage of drone air battles in Ukraine, filmed with an external camera, has been published. The video shows two attacks by Russian FPV drones on Ukrainian drones. The drone models are unknown, and the location and date of the attacks have not been reported.

Germany is sending their second the US sent only one battery and that is the Kyiv battery. The German battery is the one that has been roaming (launchers) near the front.

Oryx weapons list supplied says second german battery was delivered in december 2023. So this recent news would point to an additional, third battery from Germany.
