The AFU is disbanding the 67th Brigade, which consists of members of the Right Sector. It is said that members abandoned their positions in Chasiv Yar (Retreated? Surrendered? Deserted?). Also heard that the 25th Brigade may get the same for abandoning and retreating the Tonenke Umanske area. This isn't the first time Ukrainian brigades abandoned positions. The 53rd and the 110th did so at Avdiivka, which helped precipitate it's rapid collapse.

That's perhaps the most annoyingly edited video I've seen. Is it even possible to make out any soldiers/people present on the ground?

Much of that camera swag seem too exaggerated to be real, but rather some post edit bullshit.

This Russian BMP-3 had an epic, somewhat foolhardy, and very lucky solo run raking Ukrainian defenses. Artillery exploding all around it but missing.

Taking a page from the Russian economy thread, which I think is important for this war thread.

I remember many people criticizing Putin at the start of the war about how badly the Russians were doing. Such as how they didn't plan enough man power, should have done the SMO in 2014, took it too slow etc. Granted there were a lot of things they could have done better (hindsight is 20/20) but overall I think Putin has done his most important job well so far, and that is steering the Russian economy successfully. Successfully through 2008, sanctions from 2014, COVID and this SMO.

Amateurs talk strategy, professionals talk logistics. But should it also be added that winners talk economy ?
