The image is so blurry it's impossible to tell if there are more tubes or if the missile hatch is different (the opening you see on the rear of the hump isn't a missile hatch, it's some sort of access hatch).

The hump itself doesn't look different in size to other pics of 094 around the net.

They are eventually developing one that can travel indefinitely using only energy derived from water temperature difference at different depths as the sub floats and sinks. The only serious impediment seems to be barnacles!

The hump indeed looks longer than the previous 12 missile hump.

I second that. It appears that the lower submarine in the picture has a longer missile bump than the upper submarine.


But we would require higher resolution pictures to say for certain

, then you will see that the hump seems to have gone "slimmer" and is not as "crammed" with missile silos.
