The photo you posted with the 094 underway makes it look like the hump is longer and like it doesn't "spill over" because the submarine itself is lower in the water..

It's quite a simple way to measure it tbh. Just take the sail of the sub and compare that with the hump's length. For all photos of 094, the hump is slightly under four times as long as the sail in every picture.

That looks very much like what I imagine 095 to be. We'll see in two years or so I suppose.

Although there are no VLS for cruise missiles... I mean it's almost certainly a fanboy drawing, so speculation is moot anyway.

A strange concept.

Except for the Soviet Typhoon class SLBMs, no other ballistic missile submarine has completely incorporated the missile tubes within the
vertical dimensions of the hull.

This concept would suggest a truly enormous submarine in order to accommodate such a design.

Given the PLAN's penchant for incremental progression in its submarine design, I doubt that this one is accurate.
