Have a look at the size of the moveable parts on the sail compared to the door, it is far too deep and not wide enough for use to deploy special forces, especially not if you want to get some mini-subs in there.

Unlike American submarines, Chinese submarines incorporate the cabin directly into their submarine instead of installing a capsule on top of it.

The new US Subs do not install a "cabin" (The DDS system) on top of their subs. They sometimes will install a mini-sub on top of the main sub to drive special forces to shore. But the spaces for the special forces on the new subs (Ohio SSGNs and Virginia SSNs, and the specially modified Jimmy Carter Sea Wolf SSN) are within the sub itself, and they use a vertical tube (in the case of the SSGN Ohios) or a 9-man lock in/lock out dive out compartment built into the sub. Now all of them can also also utilize the DDS (Dry Dock Shelter) which mounts to the top of the sub...but because of the impact to its underwater stealth, the newer boats usually do not deploy them.

A new Type 926 submarine tender currently under construction at GuangZhou shipyard. The first one entered service as 864. They probably will at least have one of Type 926 in both ESF and SSF.

I think this is the 6th Yuan or the 2nd 039B currently going through the sea trials sitting outside of the naval base near Shanghai.

Are you talking about 3rd Yuan as in the 3rd Yuan from this batch (039B?) or are you referring to third Yuan over all? That definitely looks like one of them from the last batch rather than 039B.
