Uh...no.
CVN-77 was launched in October 2006. That vessel, if it were a US nuclear carrier, is probably at least two years from being launched.
Whatever that picture is, it is not CVN-77 in 2006.
Okay...June 2005 is still 16 months before it was launched...so that is plausible.date correction: 06.08.2005 (take a look at my previous post with GE coords and dates at the bottom)

So the picture above is our mystery carrier?CVN-77 in 2006 (bottom), unknown vessel (above) in Shang 2015.
Located exactly as advertised.
The lower image shows a vessel at a later stage of construction, so its much harder to see the hull shape at the lowest level.
