Anyone have google earth that reflects this change in Wuhan from air?
Think this could be a mock up or just another building? It seems quite close to the other buildings and you can see a bit of grey building like concrete structure along the side. Or maybe they are just tight with available space?
I think the way the pics were taken makes the structure look smaller than it actually is. Those shrubberies are actually full grown trees I think.

... No seriously, the pillings, the excavation, the trusses etc are all wrong for a multi story commercial building. I also do not see any primary columns and when you build a building you usually put all four sides up at the same time not two and leave the other two open. Of course I am by no means sure lol. just an amatuer's perspective.

they really don't show anything imo. Just since there is construction work around the area where they have all these mock up buildings. People are always speculating which one is going to be the new AC.

agree, looks like they are going to put a platform on the top of all those columns just like other mock-ups.
Right now it is most definitely a construction project of some sort. Is it a new mockup?

If it is a mockup, is it a new carrier mockup? Even less info to draw that conclusion. IMHO, that would even be less likely.
