Yea, the image has Taiwan's mountains, CCTV just released a video on fighters flying close enough to Taiwan to see its mountains, that's where this screenshot is from.

I have seen the full video. But just because the shot is in the same video as the other shots where the Taiwanese mountains can be seen, doesn't confirm it's also the Taiwanese mountains
Ok where else is the J20 flying such that tall mountains are beside oceans? Check the topography map of China.
tbf i really dislike the idea of care about "civilian" in war
it only work well enough if you owned most of the world information flow , "new"/media outlet/social media ...etc
if not just look at russia , they tried so hard to be a good guy , tried so hard to avoid dmg to civilian...etc to the point it bring massive dmg to their own war effort , cause so many mistake , lost , slow down , casualties all benefit us/nato/ukraine side
lead to the war drag on for 3+ years now
and what they got out of it ?
nothing ...entire US/western information/media network still paint them as blood thirsty evil 24/7 as usual , include countless of western/us content creator , "totally not CIA fund channel"
brainwashed anyone using english media 24/7 and alot of non-western people eat that up + believe it
if china plan to repeat extractly the same crappy show then i will be very disappointed
my point is : if enemy beat you in world wide information/propagranda/influence warfare , paint you as evil and you can't undo it
may as well be the real evil , the worst nightmare for them to get the job done much faster instead of playing right into their hand and become a "toothless devil" + suffer so many disvantage , set back ...etc
p/s : "toothless evil" = someone not bad but still being paint as bad guy and many people around the globe still believe it
The war in Ukraine is taking a long time because it's huge in scope, not because Russia is trying to be the "good guy".
They don't deliberately attack civilians because their end game is to run Ukraine out of people willing to fight Russia. Every child the RU Army kills would be another 2 parents who will devote their remaining life to fighting Russia in any way.
For China it's a different calculus. Nobody will see China as evil for fighting back against a foreign invasion, and the goal for them would be to batter the aggressors and make their campaign unsustainable at home. For example if Japan or Philippines would support an US attack on China. The standard for what counts as an enemy combatant is much more lax, extending to anyone supporting the invader governments. Nobody will really fault China for it.
The truth eventually gets out no matter how powerful the propaganda apparatus is because reality does not bend to the will of propaganda.
