She and the Taiwanese boxer was previously disqualified by IBA after beating Russian athletes, with both competing for years before with no issue, the whole XY chromosome debacle does not have solid evidence as the results of the test that disqualified them were never disclosed to the public. Since 2016 IOC have tightened gender regulation and have introduced testosterone testing for athletes who have birth condition that may result in heightened testosterone levels.
Then they need to disclose what conditions they have so there can be a public and transparent decision can be made. You're essentially saying these "women" look like men, have been rejected by the IBA for not being women, but we should agree with the IOC despite no genetic information being avialable.
It's not like she is invincible, she have had previous defeats against female boxers so what can you attribute to skill and natural advantage?
LOL It means nothing. There are women out there who can beat men. There have been tennis matches where women beat men. Does that mean there should be no gender distinction in tennis?

Whether they are invincible has nothing to do with the debate. A woman can be invincible and she should be allowed. However, someone who is not a genetic woman should not be allowed to compete with women even if he loses every match.
Also China just won the 4 X 100m medley, solid performance from Pan!
Yes, but goddamn it, it wasn't on CCTV 5, 5+ or 16! What the hell are they showing?

Unfortunately, I see the US took gold and the WR in the 1500 men's...

BTW, this 4x100m men's relay gold has been taken by USA in EVERY Olympic since 1984.

Fucking 1984! 40 fucking years!

The best middle finger to USADA and US government on the last day of swimming events!
It's very funny you know. China is probably taking just 2 golds from this. The same as badminton. Yet it makes the west so asspained for some reason.

Because whoever gets swimming will probably dominate the Olympics.

If there's a story for this Olympics, it's the development of China swimming even if gold isn't there.

It boils down to health information privacy. Gender related information seems to be a touchy subject around the world. The IBA is notorious for being corrupt, if they have a legitimate case they can easily publish the report on why those athletes were disqualified, the fact that they haven't shows that they do not have a strong case vs the IOC.

Holy shit!!! I’m shaking!!!

I love Pan Zhanle!!!!!!

China fell behind on the butterfly as we predicted as it’s the weakest leg. But Pan is next level. He caught them up and won comfortably. Xu and Qin did their part. Even Sun didn’t fall behind too much and kept China within striking distance.

Damn, the Americans annihilated both the competition and World Record in the Women's 4x100m Medley Relay, finishing 3.48 seconds ahead of Australia in second. We looked out of it until a heroic effort from Mollie O'Callaghan on the final leg, finishing 0.12 seconds ahead of China in third. What an exhausting end to the pool events for Paris 2024.
