Of course it does, the question is how effective they are. I've seen some really ridiculous claims before. There is this PHD on Chinese forum who is supposedly an expert on RAM said that the RAM used on J-10 is much better than the F-117 that got shot down in Kosovo. And that J-10 also uses extremely advanced radar dispersion material on the canopy.Is there any information regarding the J-10 making use of RAM coating? Does China have RAM capabilities? I'm curious as i have read in defence forums that the Indian flankers are making use of RAM and apparently there is something like a "70%" reductions in RCS?!

China has shown RAM in exhibits since 1998. Things should have gotten a lot better since then. I have no doubt RAM would be used in their intended platforms.
70% RCS reduction don't mean much if you consider that your RCS must be reduced to 1/16th of its former figure before you can even get half range decrease in radar detection.
