BYD hit #2 among global brands in auto sales for August
Just realized that both BYD and Chinese submarines use dynasties as designation.
The sense of entitlement of some europeans is beyond belief, they are shocked that in exchange for a Dongfeng factory in Italy the chinese counterpart is asking for the return of Huawei in their TLC infrastructure.

BYD uses dynasties for their dynasty series yes, and that is their own decision.
Chinese submarines don't use dynasties as a designation, because those are NATO/US names for them. Chinese submarines use numerical type designations. TBH, I think that makes more sense, using dynasties as names for submarine types is a bit tacky
BYD actually ran out of good dynasty names to use. That's why they are adding L to everything now.

Alright, BYD sales for September is out. 419k overall. Huge month. Getting close to 20GWh of battery sales per month.
Realistically, without access to the US market, the goal of overtaking Toyota is difficult. Also important to note, this is single brand sales, not group sales, so there is still a lot of room for development.
