Bad news for BYD:

BYD recalls nearly 100,000 EVs over fire risk

Their biggest recall in recent history, and a fire risk one as well. And it involves their most popular models Dolphin and Yuan Plus

If anything can stop them from hitting 4 million sales this year it would probably be this, if they handle it badly. I expect their rivals will use give this lots of attention

recalls happen. And this won't affect their sales goal. They have way more orders than sales at the moment.
