Looks like AfD is more China friendly than I thought. I originally only read these two articles by Maximilian Krah who was a AfD MEP and vice chair of Europe-China friendly group in European Parliament (欧洲议会欧中友好小组副主席) ?

Then I remembered this interview by one of the two leaders of AfD shows a friendly stance towards China IMO.

Today I came across info on the other leader of AfD, Alice Weidel. CCTV interviewed her before

Maybe the CPC International Dept should pay them a visit before the next Germany election.

Reminds me of this famous dialogue
A visit would sabotage their political fortunes.

Problem is, germany is lib scum territory, any diverging opinion is holocaust and anti gay.

Don't really know what caused this as (inter-)country wide phenomena, I don't even know why people support ACAB, only the Mutt police and maybe the other angloids are that level of BS. German Police is quite tame compared to the mutt's.

I presume no real realpolitik except being americas dog was formulated after reunification with the east, causing a value vacuum and a senseless existence for all millenials and gen Z in germany regarding a common goal for the country.

Not gonna be apologetic for AfD but their racist nutjobbery is never so hyper focused on the asians as the Republican's.

Asians actually get most often a pass, since most AfD people dont believe in covid anyways, so not much fault in China for "spreading the virus to the woeld".

Also Chinese usually dont rape minors, some certain groups do that more frequently.
Having said that, what's wrong with Thuringia actually? That Bundesland has been hotbed for AfD.

You have made an error, not even South Korea became advanced due to the US and its democratic fairy tale model, it's not the cause.

It is propaganda that sadly many South Koreans probably also fall today and want to go against what made them rich in the first place.

It was a very dirt poor failure country, even more inferior than NK, until a 100% dictator called Park Chung Hee came into power in 1961,

And he introduced some autocratic economic policies like fostering national champions (chaebols) inspired by Japanese zaibatsu which were introduced in the 19th century during the Meiji Restoration (he grew up inside and admired imperial Japan, was like a fanboy).

If I were to place that political and economic model he introduced into SK at that time, which catapulted them into growing economically for the first time and gave them modernization, it is 10 times closer to the current Chinese model than the US model of today or at that time.

That's how SK developed. Picked the most successful businesses at the time and started favoring them on a government level, made them exist with no competition, no price wars, so fully focused on research and development, innovation, expanding abroad, and exports.

And that model can only be done with an authoritative political leadership, not US-based fairy tale democracy and other bullshit.
There are literally 0 examples in the history of humankind that today's US idiocracy democracy managed to develop any country.

Every major power in the history of humankind initially developed and modernized while they were autocratic (western colonial monarchy powers, imperial Meiji Restoration Japan, today's CCP China).

The political model of liberal oligarchic democracy never managed to develop anything, meanwhile, autocratic models closer to today's China did many times in history.

Chinese political and economical model of how to run a country is around 10 times superior to the current model the West has to offer.

The West is rich today not because of their inferior systems, but because they got the beginner advantage way back during the colonial period when they were autocracies. But they believe in their system like it is some kind of religion, and that's why they don't realize these truths.

Well said.

I have to comment, because from my readings over the years, that is exactly what the Chinese believe.

More or less.

Sure there are some good points, but the overall system? Or the how the British used to boast about their British way of life.

Some good points are fine.

As for the rest, thanks but no thanks!

@Petrolicious88 will just about justify everything under the sun that's being done against Asian/Chinese descent for myriad of f..d up reasons as he wonderfully exhibited in his prior posts regarding the supposed "need" for affirmative action in academic institutions fearing that it'll become too CHINESE for his liking. In my opinion, our friend here is already slick with his take on the Chinese government policies, system of government and just about anything that China is not doing right in his assessment.
Which part do you specifically disagree with? We do need to address anti-Asian bias. It’s an imperfect system. But you do realize that the majority of Harvard’s students are NOT white, with Asians making up the largest group of minorities (30%).

People arguing for argument’s sake when they say Harvard should be 100% Chinese.

If two schools are equally good, why would any parents choose the one that is homogenous in race. How does that benefit their kid, especially in a country like America.

China isn't without flaws, faults, or blemishes that needs urgent but prudent and wise handling whatever the issues.
Like what? Name a few please? Got the sense China is perfect from all the past posts. Someone here once defended the Cultural Revolution as necessary.

The guys arguments, views, and style of debate almost come across like his from the land of many different gods, yoga, and Modi.
I enjoyed many of your comments just like I enjoyed Modi’s victory speeches on Hindu nationalism. They sound very similar.

Ukrainska Pravda

Rather than change course when faced with the prospect of a nationalist, euro-skeptic party faring well with voters (AfD), we instead now have NED stooges sounding the "democracy-threat alarm". Thomas Haldenwang, the chief of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution,

at a news conference last week that far-right views and positions pose the biggest threat to "German democracy".
The spy agency classified the youth organisation of AfD, the Young Alternatives, and two other organisations, the Institute for State Policy and the “One Percent” association, as “extremist entities” pursuing aims against the constitution.

The new classification could affect members’ ability to be employed in the public sector or to get licences for weapons.

The Young Alternatives said it was not surprised by the decision, saying the spy agency was “simply doing its job, which essentially consists of repressing the opposition”, adding it would take legal steps against the classification.
