On a slightly more serious note, this kind of absurdity can have serious national security implications because the British civil service are getting fucked raw with insultingly low pay increases. As things gets worse economically, expect pay freezes to come back in.
When you push people so far that they have to do the thinkable (prostitution) just to not loose what little they have left, it’s not much of a step beyond that to sell state secrets.
According to both as well as regarding this:
1. None of the video currently in circulation are of this event, none of them are even from this year
2. PLA wishes to play down this event because some sort of new high tech infantry equipment was very successfully employed during this incident and they do not wish to attract attention to it

One of my friends who is working in finance thinks China was slowing the economy deliberately for the last few years. When an economy cools down it has really low inflation. That makes wealth distribution easier and makes handing out money to consumers (aka printing) safe. They also popped the balloons of housing and education so the new money won't be siphoned by these industries which normally make most of the Chinese spending.

But of course, we know that the resolution would definitely be vetoed by both Russia and China in the UNSC. Meanwhile, sending it to UNGC wouldn't do sh1t either. Looks like a political show put up by the US to try discrediting Russia on the world stage.
If anything, the UK (and to just a slightly lesser degree, France) should be the one(s) to be rid of from the United Nations Security Council first, not Russia.
