One of my friends who is working in finance thinks China was slowing the economy deliberately for the last few years. When an economy cools down it has really low inflation. That makes wealth distribution easier and makes handing out money to consumers (aka printing) safe. It's "interesting" considering that the US itself violates the principles of the UN, inciting and prolonging military conflicts, and 2 days ago have stolen 40 tankers of oil from Syria few days ago.
Obviously, it is impossible to exclude the Russian Federation from the UN Security Council, or China without destroying the current UN structure, due to the fact that Russia and China have the right of veto, which of course veto such proposals.

Meh it's probably same as last time, they used DEW to non lethally make the indians run away.
The PLA isn't gonna shoot to kill because they know the indians are being sent up on behest of a poorly disciplined army and incursions are not a sign of real invasion. The only time they would fire is if Indians attacked locals like during the major Galwan clashes, Indians probably learned that trading dozens of soldiers for 1 construction worker is not a good idea.
And afaik no deaths on India side yet nor reports about Indian attacks on locals.
