“The UAE is today India’s third largest trade partner. It is our second largest export market. More Indian citizens live in UAE than in any other country abroad. So whether we are talking people, or whether we are talking business, UAE has a particular salience in our perspectives.

Different from Canada, Mexico actually messes with the US from time to time. I mean, they still have to obey at the end of the day, because the US is all-powerful in North America and can over throw any Mexican government it wants, but there are more instances of Mexico standing up to and opposing the US in the UN than you might expect. They're definitely not a "100% follower" like Canada and Japan.

Even my liberal friends started to think the US may become fascist. It is increasingly inconsiderate and bellicose. And increasingly offers nothing except violence. I am quite happy that the Chinese gov started taking military modernization more seriously and is expanding the nuclear arsenal. They see what everyone sees too. If things go in this trajectory (decreasing American economic influence) it is almost certain that the US will resort to brute force. It may cease its influence operations and go full empire mode. I hope Europe will see what America is too. There are no reasons why the USA won't try to kill European corporations. And believe me, Europe is a much softer target than China. China supports its companies and kept American influence limited. The same cannot be said for Europe.
Europe is under full mental colonization already, all their movies are Hollywood. And I mean literally all for some countries.

European internet is more dominated by FAANG than even the US home market is, with higher Google shares in France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc. than the US itself.

I really thought he would elevated PH china relations tons new level. Guess I was wrong? Is he being driven by deep seated interests ?
The territorial dispute in the south china sea is poisoning the relationship. China should be open to a compromise solution. For example, the Philippines could keep some of the islands they've occupied and get some joint exploration in return for becoming a neutral country and not permitting foreign troops there.

I don't see any way to make relations very close without a border treaty

America is a type of Union State, consisting of a central government and a collection of smaller statelets that have nominal autonomy but their media, military, economical and foreign policy is completely dominated by the central government.

Once a few such constitute nations fall off, it shows that there's something severely defunct with the system because the controls aren't working.

That is why inroads into Saudi and EU are so important. It can and will cause a domino effect.

Yes, for example when he boycotted the last Summit of the Americas because Cuba, Venezuela, and Nicaragua got snubbed.
Mexico is allowed some freedoms, but when the marching orders arrive, they will do their instructed job

Remember in the early 2010s when everyone thought that there are independent countries such as Japan, Australia, UK, S.Korea, EU countries? Well guess what, it was all a lie lol.

When the orders come, you should know how America's neighbours are going to act. If Mexico directly harms US national interests, you should know what's going to happen to it afterwards.

Now if their president snubbed one summit or another, who cares. Its just PR summits. Demented Biden shows up, says a couple of incomprehensible sentences, shakes some hands, and then at the end everyone makes a statement about strong neighborhood and friendship and other such bs. Then the western propaganda uses this statement for a full week to say "US is back! China better be careful" and other such drivel. Its all about PR, no strategic matters are at stake.

However for Marcos SCS claims, they directly conflict with China's national interests. There is a huge difference between bs PR summits and what Marcos is doing here

Mexico is basically considered a non scientific country. hardly US will object if some thing developed there. Europe and others are much higher in Engineering and wealth.

Looks like Apple is already opening its ecosystem to third-party downloads.

So TikTok would be available on Apple even without being on the App Store.

Edit: I also just realized that some Android apps (e.g. WeChat) now update themselves. So you don't need Google Play to update TikTok.
I am using Huawei app store together with Google play store after finding out that many of my Chinese apps (news, TV) are not available on google but on Huawei. I used to side-load these apps, but now I let Huawei store to do the work. Funny thing is that Huawei store is faster to get newer version than google to update Chinese apps. Gradually google will loose the Chinese speaking customers thanks to their government.

Also, I stopped using google services after seeing it stuffing VOA, FLG trashes in my news feed. I've deleted all my data stored on google.

The isolation of USSR was partially forced on by USA, but USA seems to be fully willingly doing it on itself, amazing.
