However a source said the People’s Liberation Army’s tracking efforts – which involved jets and Type 055 destroyers – failed.
“The PLA deployed some electronic warfare aircraft such as the J-16D and warships to try to locate Pelosi’s aircraft, but were not successful,” the source said.

“Almost all the PLA electronic warfare equipment couldn’t work properly because they were all jammed by electronic interference by the American aircraft strike group sent by the Pentagon to escort her.”"

there might be an element of truth to this. Do not underestimate the Americans.

I have no doubt that the US has superior EW ability to China. However the way the story is written pretty much confirms the fact that Minnie and her so called source have no idea how electronic warfare or jamming works.

What element of truth are you talking about? The whole world was tracking Pelosi's plane as it landed in Taiwan.

If the Americans wanted to hide the plane, they would have turned the transponder off.

Apparently the PLAAF couldn't track Pelosi's plane. This has to be bullsh!t, the plane had an ADSB transponder the whole time.
It is clear that Pelosi's successful visit gave the media, who lack expertise, the opportunity to wantonly humiliate China.
The article is completely gibberish, but it is enough to deceive the average reader. Americans have been as successful in propaganda as ever.
Americans are continuing to play this dangerous game, and if the new Taiwan armed forces act is passed in the coming days, we will see a further deterioration of the situation in Taiwan

Bitch please...

Almost half million peoples know where that plane was. Many of us here monitor this event almost minutes to minutes.

PLAAF even scramble their SU-35 to intercept but decide to let it land to avoid confrontation instead.

So the U.S. Is applying the George W. Bush Jr. and Donald Rumsfeld Doctrine of preemption and the application of known unknowns (Rumsfelds excuse of not able to find WMD).

If this news is true it's essentially labeling China as guilty for having the intention of using force if Taiwan declares Independence. With this action it not only raises the prospect of Taiwanese independence but also baiting China to conduct it's Reunification because what difference does it make since the U.S. has sanctioned them anyways?

And is this course of action going to be the acceptable practice by the US and her allies even if this latest provocation goes against international law?

It seems the US has been drank on power and hubris seeing how Russia has failed to live up to their military reputation in Ukraine perhaps erroneously assumed (not shared by actual thinking American strategists) that China would perform just as badly if not worse versus Taiwan.

Recent Russian setbacks in Ukraine has emboldened the Biden admin. They are going to push ahead with the Taiwan Policy Act.
Yeah, I agree. China won't negotiate on their core issue which is Taiwan. It is getting very dangerous if the public opinion thinks that China might be even weaker than Russia, and even worse if the deep state thinks China is at the same level as Russia. If they go ahead with that kind of game they will play with fire, and it won't end well.
