Then can China consider them as invasion force and kick them out?
In theory us seriously military watchers shouldn't see this news and think "on they're turning tail and running". If the plan is a shooting war you would expect the Reagan CSG to dock for resupply and some R&R after long time at sea before sailing again and going loud. We should always assume the worst.
In practice in the current climate it seems unlikely. So it's a pretty bad look for USN for them to spend two weeks doing loops around Japan while PLAN and PLAAF go to town around Taiwan. And now with more exercises coming for the CSG to return to port. Imagine how you would feel if you're a die hard DPP.

Things are looking pretty bad for the U.S. as the world's preeminent power. Our congressional delegates are going for photo-opts while our military tucked its tail and ran. This while the Chinese are continuing their exercises around Taiwan.
It was inferred from the civil announcement that a huge ship was about to call at the port. It is normal that there is no photo.
These actions don't exist in a vacuum.

The bad play here is not even putting up a pretense. Had Pelosi went there and promise say, to base the 7th fleet in Taiwan instead so they can safely declare independence than their other protectorates will believe USA is back. But instead Pelosi offered nothing and first thing she did was demand to have lunch with TSMC's bosses. Anyone can see through such transparent actions. That's why you see things like South Korea saying they're not joining Chip4 unless all members guarantee they support One China and that there's no ban on selling chips to China.

US Fleet station in Taiwan is basically declaration of war. Beside, if they actually did that, they are doing China a favor. Now PLARF don't even need to find where those CSG are hiding.
Anyway, Chip 4. seem like a subtle way to break Taiwan monopoly of semiconductor business and secure US hegemony by control semiconductor supply chain and minimize risk of put their precious resource on China doorstep.
