usly HP shipbuilding build the warship or prewar ship service in South China Sea, but "China HaiJian 66" service in East China Sea, we can see China concern about East China Sea.
What are you talking about? HP builds ships for every fleet. Do you realize that half of the 054/054A ships from HP are sent to ESF and the last Jiangwei-II ship built by HP is for NSF? Even for these 4 CMS ships, Haijian 75 is for South Sea, but Haijian 23 is for North Sea.

photos of Haijian ships from the Huangpu shipyard. We see Haijian-23, Haijian-66 (just recently launched) and the 4th Haijian ship under construction in the docks. The amazing part is that there appears to be more Haijian ship modules lying around in other part of the shipyard. That would mean that CMS has increased the order for the 1000 ton Type II class cutter. Maybe they see need for more such cutters as a result of the recent maritime skirmishes, but the original order was for 4.

Updates on the 2 1700-ton class cutters for CMS that was on the order book of Wuchang.

As shown in the first photo, Haijian-15 is already delivered (I guess to the North Sea branch of CMS based on the numbering.

You also see the photo of Haijian-84 (which is the second of this class)

American/NATO names for some of those classes, was told:

15 an 84 are the "ShuWu" class

the three (four?) new ones at HP are "ShuKe II" class. I guess the "ShuKe I" must have been an earlier variant, not sure which one it is, will have to look back and see what has a similar hull size or design.

71, 17, and the other one (29, was it?) built at Wuhan a few years ago are "ShuYou" class

83 (the big one) is "ShuCha" class

so I guess America wants to call SOA ships with names starting "Shu" :china:

I'm surprised nobody has posted this yet. A picture of what Haixun-01 will look like. Just a little description about Haixun-01 from by blog.

"this cutter will be built and delivered in May of 2012 by the WuChang shipyard. This vessel will cost 350 million RMB (about $50 million). It will be 128.6 m long, 5418 ton in displacement with a maximum speed of 20.4 knots. It can sustain 16 knots from 10,000 nm. It will also have a hangar for a medium size helicopter and be able to land a large size helicopter."

And I also attached a photo of Haijian-66, the 3rd of the 1000-ton type 2 class cutter for CMS. It's actually going to be about 1300 ton in displacement.
