7月27日,四院“北京固体动力技术联合创新中心”揭牌仪式在京举行。创立北京创新中心是院党委立足“十四五”这一关键历史节点做出的重要决策,是四院秉持“技术立院”发展理念,坚持“守正创新”发展路线的集中体现,标志四院技术创新体系持续完善。两个国家级重点实验室运行有序,全年新增3个省级国防科技创新中心、3个联合创新中心;多项关键技术攻关与演示验证成绩突出,基础研究和前沿技术探索取得重大进展,重大项目论证与立项、竞标工作进展顺利,新立创新项目经费超30亿元;知识产权创造、保护、管理与科技成果申报和转化能力显著提升,连续四年获得集团十大技术突破,获得省部级以上科技奖励17项,再创历史新高。12月9日,某新型发动机主动引射高模试验圆满成功,至此,四院新一代固体发动机系列地面试验全部完成,标志着四院在新型纤维壳体、新型高能推进剂、新型高冲质比喷管、低密度绝热材料、低烧蚀喉衬材料等核心技术上取得重大突破,发动机综合性能水平显著提升。
