China needs to invest in breeder reactors because there simply isn't enough mined uranium to fuel China's nuclear liquid water reactor fleet in the long term. Breeder reactors are way more efficient at burning up fuel and would basically solve that problem. The possible production of weapons grade plutonium is just an extra benefit. Japan also had a fast reactor program for decades because of this reason and they were forbidden from having nuclear weapons because of their constitution.

First ballistic missile test in 2023, almost identical drop zone with the ones in 09/22/2020 and 01/10/2020. Two drop zone is indicating that the missile has at least 2 stages.
And I have to note that it is very interesting both of them have 3 launching windows.

this might be the first sighting of the DF-100 in a compound which some claimed to be the 656 #PLARF garrison. A comparison with existing images of parade rehearsals at least suggests this.
