Very interesting chart shows the number of PLARF units in each province. It's claimed to be taken from an PLA-affiliated university's research.
Beijing is #1 with 14% (most of the HQ units)
Henan is #2 with 11% (most of B68 units)
Shaanxi is #3 (most of B67 units)

NOTAMs suggest that 4 ballistic missile launch windows will take place from January 15 to 16.
The first around 12:50 UTC+8 on January 15 and three others between the 15th and 16th.
I was wondering why it was so ridiculously long.

The paper was published by CASIC and written by Naval Submarine Academy, it mentioned "China fired a type of rocket from a fixed position towards a fixed direction in multiple live firings." And according to the data, the launch position is the northern part of South China Sea and impact position is somewhere in the Yellow Sea, so the projection line extended through to the west coast of CONUS.
The paper link is right here and everyone could check them up. Funny that they still use Matlab 2013 to simulate some data, could be due to sanction that they are using old version of Matlab.
