Which graduate from which university wrote article like this?
Up until something like this year's exercise, standard thinking from Taiwan is the MLRS that PLAGF will use to attack Taiwan was WS-2. Never mind it was export only and never procured by PLA.It seems Taiwan believes the DF-41 has a conventional variant. Or they may be thinking that PRC will nuke them. I think both are extremely unlikely, especially the latter one.
do you really thinks , PLARF has only 2200 missile? these reports have nothing to do with actual PLARF inventory and Chinese industrial might. let them live in parallel world. its all nonsenseIf China really only does have 2200 missiles in its entire PLA arsenal, then please God help us all.

An interesting ranking on official norinco bidding webpage.
Qingyang Chemical Industry Corporation, which is the sole producer of CL-20 and main producer of HMX, RDX, AP etc, has spent 46 million RMB on bidding in 2022.
Xi'an Modern Chemistry Research Institute, which is the largest solid propellant producer within norinco, has spent 29 million RMB on bidding.
Sorry for typo, should be 290 million and 464 million.what do you mean of "spent 29 million RMB on bidding" ? is it the spend of bidding preparation or the actual value of bidding?
"29 million RMB" is not much at all

Did this guy just claimed that China at present only has 2200 ballistic and (hereby I assume long-range) cruise missiles, while Japan is about to build 1000?

They might mean 2200 missiles in the PLARF capable of hitting Japan. As in 1900+300.Did this guy just claimed that China at present only has 2200 ballistic and (hereby I assume long-range) cruise missiles, while Japan is about to build 1000?

Taiwan has to be hit by ICBMs because it's the only way to get around the curvature of the Earth. It seems Taiwan believes the DF-41 has a conventional variant. Or they may be thinking that PRC will nuke them. I think both are extremely unlikely, especially the latter one.
