What do you expect? China is the actual peace loving nation in East Asia. It has lower military spending than Japan ffs, despite Japan losing ww2 and being forced to demilitarize.
The society at large must undergo awakening, only then can China properly lead a coalition that limits the crimes of Americans to their homeland for all future. Of course, unprovoked US aggression only serves to greatly hasten such an awakening.
I would say that Chinese military spending is definitely higher than Japan, in every respect.

Yes, at the moment the Japanese are having trouble adjusting to:
1. China has definitely passed Japan by. For example, China keeps adding a Japan-sized economy every 4 years or so
2. And they have to deal with a future where their alliance with the US provides neither military security, nor economic security. Both will be determined by China
Yeti Airlines Flight 691 crashed while landing at Pokhara Airport in Nepal after flying from Nepal's capital, Kathmandu just this afternoon. The plane, a 15-year-old ATR-72, was carrying 68 passengers and 4 crew members at the time of the accident.
The plane was seen suddenly banking hard towards the left before crashing. Some witnesses reported that to be close to 90 degrees (perpendicular to the ground).
So far, at least 45 fatalities due to the crash has been reported. 3 survivors were rescued so far.
This could be the worst air crash in Nepal since the 2018 US-Bangla Airlines Flight 211 crash in Kathmandu in 2018 which resulted in 51 fatalities onboard.

My point is considering things in per capita (or rather per economy size) terms.
You wouldn't say that the average Chinese is richer than the average American just because the nation of China is richer. In the same manner, you can't say that Japan is spending less when they're relative to their means spending more. Its just that China has a much better economy overall.
