They were uniornically accused of this when they sent uyghurs back to China. The guardian article about the death sentences explicitly mentioned that the 2015 attack was in retaliation to the that

Also does anyone know why Sichuan produces so much traitors like this guy

aka the guy who leads bashuria aka sichuanese independence and that one japanese politician. Since its a big province are these people an anomaly and that sichaunese people are very nationalistic.
I think in general, there is some correlation with distance in relation to the political center of power in a nation and how the further away you go, the more distinct local identity gets established which leads to independence movements fomenting over time. You can see this today in Canada with the idiotic Alberta separation movement and some independence movements in Alaska and Texas that have fluctuated with popularity over time.

If you want to know how China is feeling here is yesterday’s article. This phone meeting was reported 3 days ago.

Either China cancelled the meetings which forced the French into a last ditch diplomatic plea. Or China cancelled the meetings even after Macron set up a meeting.

The Eunuchs will decide their economic fate next week.

While the EU bitch and moan about its trade deficit in goods of $360B with China in 2025, the EU actually had an overall trade surplus in goods of $130B, which means the EU had a massive trade surplus in goods of nearly half a trillion USD with the rest of the world outside of China. Additionally, the EU also had a trade surplus of $194B in services.

If it is so wrong and problematic for China to have a large trade surplus with the EU, isn't it even more wrong and problematic for the EU to have an even bigger trade surplus with the rest of the world? As they ask China to reduce the trade surplus with the EU, would they also do the same with their even bigger surplus with the rest of the world?

Sir, don't you mean common on woman.

Joking aside you don't give this sort of position to some uneducated and inexperienced person. Not in a era of high geopolitical competition with actual competent rivals(China, US, Russia etc).
No amount of education/experience big or small country in Europe can solve this problem because the talent behind New Europe is unlimited

Macron claimed in 2017 that he released Lebanese PM from Saudi detention. what Macron got in return. Just recall things happened in Lebanon after 2017.

Another experience country Japan now use word constructive and practical. Japan by itself not matter but Japan subordinate to ASEAN since it is ASEAN population that countries like Japan, South Korea and Taiwan increasingly depend. but inside ASEAN some have more Soft Power and when Russian science/ resources are added to ASEAN they will be doing things closer to what Japan/Korea/Taiwan achieved through Scientific Power of pre 1917 Russians.

Salami slicing continues

It's over.

Mainland China has Taiwan completely surrounded, can impose that or a blockade at will, and will have enough force to interdict anything approaching from the Western Pacific.

Nothing will survive inside the 1st island chain, and with recent deployments and demonstrations, the PRC is indicting nothing is going to survive inside in the 2nd island chain.

Then if a Taiwan invasion is actually done, then they will use this to clear out everything.

No one is coming to the defense of Taiwan.

This is interesting.

Maybe all this new tech, such as AI, can enable some big corporations to become very large conglomerates.

Such as XiaoMi a phone maker building cars. Or Huawei, on everything. Damn, what a company.

The Americans should listen to Jensen Huang when he speaks about Huawei!

:D

I guess this is what ultimately happens when they get contained to their little island and don't have the capability to invade others like before. Sucks for the daughters, I guess...

At the same the there is principle that the further inland you go the less cosmopolitan/pro western and more nationalistic. Beijing is very cosmopolitan. Shaanxi, shanxi, Henan, Qinghai, Gansu are all far away from Beijing yet traitors are unheard off and they dont really have an a identity other than Chinese.
