The minute Putin is no longer the President, the west will try to woo Russia in order to contain China. Don't ever for a second think things can't shift quickly in the world of geopolitics.

You'd be shocked how friendly Russians could become towards the West after Putin is no longer the big boss. Russians are Europeans, don't let anyone tell you otherwise and it would be foolish for China to think it has an eternal friendship with Russia.

I highly doubt the Protestant and (especially the) Catholic Europeans will ever develop any kind of cordiality with the Orthodox Russians. This hostility is as old as the Great Schism and Division of the Roman Empire, with Russia essentially being the legacy of the Orthodox Byzantines. For example, it was only a few years ago that the Catholic Pope officially apologized for the Catholic Crusade in the middle ages that backstabbed and irreversibly devastated the Orthodox Byzantines.

More than 37,000 Chinese migrants were detained at the U.S.'s southwestern land border in 2023, nearly 10 times the year-earlier tally, U.S. Customs and Border Protection data shows. Chinese nationals made up only 1.5% of the 2.5 million migrants encountered there by CBP personnel in 2023.

Interesting what sort of impact a Trump victory might have on Russia China EU US relations. If he can get some sort of a detente with Russia but not with China, and if Trump's win causes some boost in the poulist right in the EU, what the dynamic will be between the EU and Russia, and if Russia will then move to a neutral relation with respect to China. Putin and the rest of the siloviki might not want to bet their foreign policy on a single country and might favor a more multivector foreign policy.

It'll just be worse for the EU. Everything else essentially stays the same. Does anyone think Putin is going to dump China when it's a main reason it survived sanctions? Then all it takes is another four years for the US to turn anti-Russia again. Trump will be demanding more money from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan this time.

it always puzzled me why the Anglo elites committed themselves so utterly to destroying Christianity and I originally out it down to closet homosexual boomers finally coming into power but given the attitude towards Israel I think it’s clear that the Anglo elites are wholly Jewish or Zionist and therefore have an axe to grind with Christianity for purely religious and historical revenge reasons.

My theory is that older, easier way for these people to migrate to the US would be to apply for one of the non-immigrant visas (which I'm assuming has a lower refusal rate than immigration visas) and then just overstay their visa. That's safer and not as expensive (you just need the money to apply for a visa and an airplane ticket). That's less of an option now because of the higher refusal rate, and it's easier to obtain political asylum (with a

So I don't believe the net number of yearly Chinese nationals migrating to the US has increased (more likely the opposite), it's just harder to go the easier route of overstaying a temporary visa, so they need to 走线 instead.
