Ukrainian General Staff: The bombing of Kharkiv was carried out from the Russian Tu-22m3 strategic bomber. About 16 high-precision air-to-ground missiles were fired.

The bomber made four attacks on the route Besedina (Kursk region) - Belgorod and fired missiles without crossing the Ukrainian state border.

NATO is going to try and use this as justification for sending bombers to the borders of Ukraine to establish 'no fly zones' in effect.

Needless to say, NATO providing intelligence and EW support already makes them legitimate targets in accordance to the laws on warfare.

some reports have said that they have only wenk with 50-60k, got more, than sent some troops back? warfare to reduce casualties shouldnt be compared if they are not using thermobaric weapons.
Latest reports claim that they have close to 75% of the initial invasion force inside Ukraine at the moment.

Another possible reason why they didn't commit as strong from the onset is that it took them much longer than they anticipated to establish air supremacy. Even now, they have it only over parts of Ukraine. Without air supremacy, those traffic jammed convoys would've suffered immense losses.

This is being reported as the Belarus accidently "leaking" war plans, but given he's talking about invasion plans on national TV so I'm sure it's deliberate.

It's all cold war games. America will call Putin and express their anger that Belarus is openly threatening to invade Romania, Poland and Moldova.

Putin will respond something like, "Belarus is an independent country, I can't control what they do. Meanwhile I notice that England has been threatening to try to overthrow me. Maybe I speak to Belarus and ask them to tone things down slightly, you will do the same with England?

Romania and Poland is not included. Only Moldova is highlighted.

Could it be a distraction?

I think the entire world is now waking up to the fact that there was a Neo Nazi statelet/enclave in Ukraine this entire time and was being actively protected by NATO members like the US and Germany.
At the risk of being an opportunist, it could be a real boon for China if the Chinese consulate in Ukraine could arrange similar evacuations for Africans trapped in-country.

"Let" them??They don't BELONG to Russia (not yet anyway).
They belong to whoever occupies them. Russia occupies a lot of Ukranian places so it dictates what it wants. With each passing day and more conquered territory, Russia gains a bigger say on what "belongs" to them and what they can "let" the Ukrainians have.

They're their own country
They were. The moment Russia invaded, Ukraine's destiny was predetermined.
The negotiations will be mostly about Russia taking whatever it wants and then "letting" some scraps to Ukraine. Thats it

Might is right. Power politics are back. And its all thanks to EU's inability to constrain US from provoking trouble in its neighborhood

They could but China isn't a doormat for anyone to just use, as i said these african/indian students in the Ukraine come from money and have the means to leave the Ukraine; yes they are being discrimanated against but that's not China's responsibility. Unlike western europeans with their history of african colonialism, China is not obligated.

Given those reports how the Ukrainians border guards are giving preferential treatment to whites getting out of the country, how did China arrange to have trains to evacuate Chinese students? I haven't read any reports of Ukrainians attacking Chinese like they apparently are against Indians for India abstaining at the UN against Russia. The only thing I read was China gave a warning to its citizens in the country not to stand out.

Those nations would need to request that first. China can’t just offer itself everywhere it goes, and that would require a lot of coordination to make sure everyone arrived to their designated locations and actually got evacuated.
