No MiG-31 either. For obvious reasons. No need. Ukraine has no heavy aircraft assets.
Poland ordered Abrams tanks just recently. None have been delivered yet. They have a huge stockpile of mostly obsolete tanks. Like Leopard 2A4 or T-72 upgrades worse than T-72B3. Kind of T-72B level. No F-35 delivered yet either. In fact their airforce has less aircraft than Ukraine did. Their best fighters are a recent F-16 variant. Probably on the level of MiG-35.
The Russians are already on both sides of the river.

As I posted earlier, Germany and Italy are in support. The hold outs have been Hungary and Cyprus.
FEODOSIA, CRIMEA, RUSSIA - FEBRUARY 25, 2022: Adjustment works on pumping gear at a water pumping station of the Feodosia hydroelectric complex. The North Crimean Canal supplying up to 90% of water to Crimea was blocked by Ukraine in May 2014; on February 24, 2022, the Russian troops entered the city of Kherson and unblocked the canal. According to Crimea Head Sergei Aksyonov, the section of the North Crimean Canal lying on the Ukrainian territory is overgrown with forest; it will take about two weeks to clear the canal. A checkup of hydraulic engineering structures and adjustment of pumping gear are required to restore the water supply to Crimea from Dnipro. Sergei Malgavko/TASS
