I think America is more likely to kick members out of NATO than let new ones join. Imagine a global nuclear war being kicked off because a country like Lithuania or Turkey did something stupid.

I think what he was asking is how do you know it wasn't Russians driving Ukrainian or civilian wounded to the hospital? It would make them look really good in the eyes of locals.
