That's part of the same clip that's been posted here a number of times. It's a Ukrainian blue on blue incident that led to a civilian car being ran over and at least one Ukrainian soldier killed.
My impression is C&C in Kiev has devolved and with the disinformation being put out we'll probably be seeing more.

So much misinformation being posted that the airport had fallen yesterday.
From now on, I'm not accepting any claim without video/graphic evidences. Members should try to minimize these misinformations around. I know some members parroted this news here as well.
