I agree. I made a post some days ago listing Putin's mistakes in this war and how he is the biggest reason of why Russian forces have faced so many difficulties.

Its mostly about political decisions that Putin has taken. I don't how how much longer the Russian Military will accept/tolerate taking so many losses because Putin drank his own kool-aid about Ukraine.

People here have been criticizing Putin's decisions regarding the way the war has been conducted since day 2-3.

If you’re going to war, then crush them.
If you don’t want to crush them, don’t go to war.

You either go all out or don’t bother at all. This half-assed attempt is incredibly damaging to Russia.

If all this suffering will only result in takeover of Donbass region, then he should resign as President. What a strategic defeat.

I mean he still wants to negotiate with Zelensky lol. Such a weak move.

Gennady Zyuganov (CPRF) being cheated in the 1996 election was a turning point in Russian history.

Zyuganov criticized many questionable decisions such as closing listening posts in Cuba, withdrawing from Vietnam naval bases and aiding foreign power in destroying Afghanistan while using CSTO resources like bases.

It is arguable every major world player had some part in creating most major crisis. that does not mean each of them should therefore STFU and events take its own course.

The US had a major role in all of this. They rigged the elections in favor of Yeltsin who named Putin his successor, rebuffed Russia's attempts at joining NATO twice, and ignored Russias concern regarding NATO expansion. Then there is every color revolution they have helped push over the years, in order to boost this NATO expansion.

The current crisis is entirely of the US creation, as is the current Middle East crisis and whatever they end up causing in Asia-Pacific.

The US and NATO wanted this war. They wanted Russia to bleed.

Russia took it but continued to bleed more and did not seem to us an overwhelming force strategy.

I used to be very pro Putin because I found his geopolitical strategy to be quite good but if he does not use more overwhelming force in this war to get to his goals or if he keeps giving the Ukrainians PR points and withdraws and sue for peace, then this is exactly what the US wants and he just played into their hands. Which would be a sad fall for him. This is just my opinion so it's not worth much at all.
