:D:D

Interesting that the RPG detonated at the rear of the tank, and destroyed the heavy machine gun. After the white smoke was cleared, the rear of the tank appeared undamage. My guess is the RPG is fitted with proximity fuze, and detonated without contact.

Typo error in images: "frame" should be "flame".

What about the fire from the lower turret section?

Is this a withdrawal?
Repositioning i guess
Have we seen any new footage from the Russian side today (or in the last 24 hours) from Kherson? The Pentagon claims Kherson is now disputed and no side is in control anymore. I'm a bit dubious as I think we would have seen at least one side ticktock warrioring about it: opsec in the war has not been...great...or to put it optimistically, both sides have been very aggressively waging a info war.
There's been few shelling lately the last time i checked in Kherson region
No it is because the Russian air force is completely rubbish and that is the only size target they can hit. Basically an enormous oil/fuel depot, they have about a 40% chance of hitting with 50+ of their best cruise missiles. Honestly, a straight non-nukes fight between NATO and Russia would end up with NATO tanks on Red Square within a week. And that's only because the Abrams/Leopards would need to stop to refuel.

The Ukrainians aren't releasing the numbers of their dead anymore. The Russians are. I wonder why....

Does that sound familiar to anyone....

for some idea of good Telegram Channels,
he will see lots of liquidated armed forces of Ukro that I no longer bother to post here due to the sheer volume, too burdensome :p

And just yesterday, news and pictures about the down of two Ukro helicopters, one carried the high officers of the Ukrainian army and Azov battalion out of the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, thought it's about 17 persons boarded the chopper, ironically down by LDPR militia using a seized American Stinger, said only two survivors.

Yeah, Ukraine is winning taking cover from the population centers in an urban warfare scenario...with diminishing resources even fuel for being liquidated by Russian forces day by day... keep on watching, believe as one wish... but I rest assure you that the final outcome will not lie and no amount of disinfo will alter the battleground results!

Here is one of the many Telegram Channels that covers the chopper down news + pics:

[ Video ] The first video from the crash site of a downed helicopter in the sky over Mariupol.

15 died at the crash site, two survived, tried to escape, but were detained. The helicopter flew into Mariupol for half an hour, landed and loaded people. It was not destined to fly.

Russia’s tactical performance, particularly the logistics aspect, is bad. From the yolo charges into Kharkiv to the utilization of civilian vans for support, they didn’t do that well. However, they are incrementally improving. Nobody can deny that. However, on the operational sense, they are doing ok as of now. Unlike the conventional Arab militaries, they scouted out for, targeted, and destroyed key strategic assets relatively accurately and constantly adapted to the situation at hand. Plus, they attempted to flank and encircle their enemies repeatedly. Plus, the Ukrainians aren’t stupid as well. They are still a tough adversary to beat. None of what I said can apply to Arab forces. They can’t adapt and they do not attempt to think outside of the box. That is all factually proven. They just follow a script and run in and never change their strategy. They repeat it until they get destroyed. Russia may have also ran in like the Arabs in the beginning, but they quickly rectified their mistakes.
Wasn't the assault on Kharkiv was only a recon assault? Cause from what i can remember the elements of the assault were only Tigr utility vehicles and Kamaz troop transports, no heavy ordnance like tanks, IFVs and APCs took part in the assault.

Also I'm interested at the utilisation of civillian vans part, could you send me the source for this? Last time from what i can recall only the FSB and Specops operatives utilised civie transports.

A patrol element doesn’t just chuck itself into an enemy zone. Its role is extremely dangerous and only designed to initiate contact and get out when things get hot. A destroyed patrol element is no good to the main force. Yes, sometimes, s**t happens, but that one was perfectly preventable. Urban combat may be terrible to engage in, but it is also terrible for the enemy.

As for the logistics issue, there are a lot of Twitter footage in this thread that shows it. But I did dig a post up from Twitter:

The first ones were indeed probes to judge enemy resistance. I think they were also used to locate Ukrainian positions and pummel them with arty.
