With crappy cameras like this, where does Vatnik on topwar.ru find the nerve to badmouth China's gear?
That one isn't even that bad, it looks like the video has been compressed more than anything.

Some of the Russian recordings look like they were done with 80s technology, whereas some look 1080p. You can tell which ones were recent purchases from alibaba.com

Melissa Chan is not the only person who makes a connection between war and sexual violence.
The image of Ukraine as a 'provocative' woman in a short skirt and Putin as her rapist is not new.

"Rape Rhetoric and Russia’s War on Ukraine
Putin’s rhetoric towards Ukraine is characteristic of rape culture—and the international community can’t afford to ignore it."

"Those who enact state violence also often employ rape rhetoric. Two weeks before giving the order to invade Ukraine, Putin
was reported to have made reference to a joke about marital rape, saying, “It’s your duty, my beauty” when he spoke of compelling
President Zelinsky to comply with the Minsk agreements. Putin takes a “whether you like it or not” approach in the case of an accord
that Ukraine finds unfavorable, and feels to have been “foisted upon the country’s leaders with little room for recourse.”
Zelinsky demurred, agreeing that Ukraine was a beauty, but objecting to Putin’s use of the possessive adjective “my” in his statement."

"Sexual violence as ‘weapon of war’ to rise after Russia’s invasion, campaigners warn"

"Increasing numbers of Ukrainian women will endure sexual violence wielded as a “weapon of war” in the wake of
Russia’s invasion of the country, campaigners have warned."

"Oksana Pokalchuk, the director of Amnesty International Ukraine, warned female civilians will bear the brunt of Russia’s invasion.
Speaking to The Independent from a bomb shelter in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, Ms Pokalchuk said: “It will have a bad impact
on women in the country. Domestic violence and sexual violence rises in wars.'

I expect that feminist analysis would be hardly tolerated, if at all, in this generally conservative male-dominated forum.
As a feminist voice are you aware that US and Western actions and narratives are designed to perpetuate colonial and neo-colonial exploitation by instigating conflict and perpetuating poverty around the world, the main causes of oppressive sexism, then obfuscating and projecting US and Western culpability to character assassinate other countries and cultures?

From what I saw earlier from @Lapin, she seems to be aware of the fact that the US and the west are imperialistic and exploiting the world through neo-colonialism.

As to what degree and scope she knows about it I cannot say (nor tell from the bits she has written here).

Most drones operate in medium altitude. so manpad is hardly a concern. since they are slow and non stealthy. Nato AWACS can pick them WL-2 will have added incremental capability over Forpost-R and Orion UCAV but hardly worth investment in manpower training and maintenance for high tempo operation
My point wasn't to say that Chinese drones are better. I'm sure the Russian equivalent would have worked fine too, but I don't see them deployed. Just drones used for reconnaissance and one or two videos of loitering munitions. There were the decoy drones at the start, but Russia seems to have stopped using those.

Manpower - no worries, I'm sure you could have hired some Chinese operators for the duration of the war. Maybe even as a free tech demo. It would have been good experience for future conflicts especially CAS with a foreign allied country.

"this generally conservative male-dominated forum"

this forum fulfills the function of a village tavern, a place that used to be for men. In my house for example with the Admiral the situation is very different. LOL

but returning to the matter, from my point of view the conservatives and the leftists have been expelled from the public square in the West, and there remains only a theatrical game of two opposing masks
