"ZELENSKY:IF THIS WAR DOES NOT END, THIS YEAR HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF REFUGEES FROM NORTH AFRICA WILL FLOW TO EUROPE"
He is probably right. Ukraine with its fertile black cotton soil is the wheat granary for most of the countries in North Africa. It there is no sowing in spring, a famin is 100% guaranteed. Also Russia is a large exporter of wheat. This war is a catastrophe on many levels. The more negative results we experience, the more we should believe that this happens intentionally and not by accident.

EU will be savior of Africa ! ehummm, I'm more seeing China sending some food reserves and Russian wheat over there and making them allies of the great scheme. Meanwhile, foodprices in EU will go skyhigh.

Most wheat bought isn't directly sold as food but used as grain for animal fodder. The price of flour will go up, and meat may become too expensive for many people, but there won't be a worldwide famine. America could start forcing third world countries to stop buying Russian wheat, but that's all it can do.

Every famine in the last 100 years has been because of a local shortage of food, either because of war or politics. Way more food is produced than is needed globally.

Also it's strange that he's scaremongering about "hundreds of thousands" of Africans coming to Europe when millions of Ukrainians are currently fleeing to Europe.

At this point, it is obvious western leadership has grown so accustomed to the post-soviet unchallenged neoliberal order, they have become complacent and outright stupid.

From their handling of COVID to foreign policy in the last 30 years
What the f was even Ben Wallace thinking? Has there no intelligence left within the British government itself regardless of party, political ideology? I don't know of YouTube is even going to allow that episode to be aired because that would make their SeCDeF look utterly incompetent. Master speaker, virtue signaling mofo.

Until the sanctions imposed in this round, Chinese participation in the Su57 project actually greatly reduces its export potential, not increase it. So the Russians would only be interested in Chinese participation if China in effect largely subsidizes the program. Why would China subsidize a program to build a completely foreign equivalent of the J-20?

I'm not sure what you are talking about. But we we're talking about vetoing weapon sales to countries that Russia or China might not like.

But, they’re white, therefore, they’re safe, assimilable, and welcome!

Without pointing a finger at myself, I like to point out my DJI drone does not always observe the software constraints on flight altitude and airspace classification that DJI attempted to impose upon it.

also, what is DJI’s incentive for attempting to reach across international borders and apply specific software constraints on the users? So the US government can seize upon it as more evidence that DJI drones are security risks and must be excluded from the US markets?

The US is so delighted by the fact that after shedding any constraints on its own behavior, there now appears to be so many new levers it can pull to make things happen, not realizing most of the levers are connected to each-other in some way, so pushing out of sheer delight of being able to push them usually have unintended consequences.
