Whether or not it does would depend on if the russians do pull the stunt first and foremost. Then if Russia takes Zarya or not. Then what the state of the Interim Control Module is in and how quickly.
As for a follow-on, that's already in the works. 4 different groups are in progress. Axion, Sierra Space+lockheed, Northrop and Blue Origin. $500m has already been awarded, iirc.

According to an article citing the Ukrainian Embassy in China, there are 50K to 100K Ukrainian citizens living in China as of 2022 before the war. That is a large number for China. Source:

refugees from Ukraine should be screened for fascist ties. Azob directly aided and abetted Hong Kong rioters in the past; how do we know there won't be saboteurs and provacateurs disguised as refugees?

I think it would be a decent thing to do for China to grant longer term visas to them, if they don't already have it. Maybe even provide some stipend for students to make sure they could finish their studies in China in such trying times.
