The militia have taken half of Debaltsevo.
Last year when the news reported that the militia has defeated the Ukraine army my fellow countrymen in Singapore were shocked and agreed that it was because of the "Russian invasion". The problem was our people were reading from western and even local msm that reported glowing news of Ukraine army's success in putting down terrorists in the east. Then the news changed suddenly to one of defeat.
I explained to them that the defeat was already on the cards as far as 2 months back if they were to read more widely from other news sources so they won't be surprised.

Militia begun withdrawing of heavy artillery from some parts of the front where the ceasefire is being observed.

Well, I guess they would have to look to the agreement that was arrived at to see if it made an exception for circumstances like this, or for Debaltsevo particularly.
if it dose, then the Ukrainians need to abide by it according to whatever terms are in place that were agreed to.
If it does not, then the separatists need to let them move their heavy weapons back per the agreement.
With such a situation going on while they negotiated, I cannot believe that such an agreement would have ignored that situation. My guess is (without knowing specifically), in the absence of anything to the contrary, that that area was treated like the entire front and the agreement covers it as written.
