Maybe I wasn't clear enough but the MOU covers the "surface vehicles, tank modernization and maintenance of missile systems". The rest is signed.

Back in Indonesian military community, we have an adage "seeing is believing"

Also the CEO of STM was present at the signing ceremony but no word of ships (yet). Also no mentioning of Aselsan naval EW like we've seen earlier on the infographs of the AH140. Not everything is published (yet).

Ship is tbh 1-2 years overschedule due to the Turkification of the systems, mindboggling but hopefully it can be solved.

What seems impossible today doesn't seem impossible tomorrow. The trend is noticeable. Prabowo is not Jokowi.
Depend on the next year's budget tbh.

I guess delay was not because of Turkification but Navy selecting systems. I have seen Indonesian Navy charts depicting Thales systems a year and half ago and then they switched to Turkish stuff then. Interesting switch tbh

Erdogan is doing his best to maintain good ties but the Azeris still act like spoiled little brats:

Turkiye got nothing in return for their decisive support for Azerbaycan. Now they are left with nothing. No TRNC recognition, no more military contracts (they are buying no Turkish equipment although SSB is doing everything it can to persuade them) and at the same time they are teaching them NATO stuff and giving them military tech.

I am happy to see payload tests but also unhappy to see that the payload is not Super Simsek. Are they really planning to use these regular external payloads on a stealthy platform?

They are still in the preliminary stage of testing. The rest should follow too.

But I believe this variant is going to serve as a TD/prototype and at most as a LRIP model. I believe the true aim of the Anka-3 is going to be a larger twin engine variant capable of carrying Super Simsek and SOM internally.

Just like the Kizilelma with the AI-25TLT is merely a stepping stone to the more powerful AI-322F variants.
