Seems like the Poles were quite smitten with their multi-day visit:
We're not slowing down
Together with the Minister
we continue talks with other representatives of the defence industry in Turkey
.
This time our talks concerned the land and air domains. We started the next round of meetings with a visit to one of the production plants of the group
, a world leader in the production of numerous weapon systems and equipment.
We also visited the headquarters
and production plants
. During the visit, we started talks on the prospects of cooperation between our industries in the above-mentioned domains. During our stay in Turkey, we could not miss the invitation of a company well-known to us, i.e.
, whose legendary unmanned platforms are in the equipment of the Polish army. Turkish industry has expressed great interest in systems manufactured in Poland. A significant part of the talks concerned technology transfer and the establishment of new production capacities in our country. My intention from the beginning of this trip was to convince Turkish partners to join forces of our defense industries in order to develop innovative solutions. In the process, I learned that the Turkish side is well-known to systems manufactured in companies such as
SA,
- Radom,
or
SA.
Due to the tight schedule and the large number of meetings, we have decided to return to the most urgent topics with the Turkish industry delegation during the upcoming
in Kielce on September 3-6, to which I would like to cordially invite you. Before summarizing the trip, which I will share with you here, I must say now that I am very impressed by the level of the Turkish defense industry and at the same time, I am positively inspired by the interest of the Turkish side in cooperation with our companies.
