The War in the Ukraine

But I cannot see why we don't see footage of them if they have some and they work well. Maybe they are no good against these ? Still if they put them in the middle of urban area, it's sure that they cannot work well or they will do more damage than goods.

Maybe there are some limitations of the Gepards in relation to such targets. Have they ever been updated to improve their capability with regards to small, carbon-fiber, targets?

Seriously doubt there are that many left for a missile that stopped being produced in 2007. Also that upgrade program started in 2021, at the rate Lockheed works, I'm gonna make a wild guess and say the amount of missiles upgraded at this point is rather small and not what Ukraine would get anyway.
M57E1 production started 2017. Only 560 ATACMS have been used in combat. In 2021 US Army tested their oldest ATAMC's in their inventory to prove they are still ready for battle.

Still a likely known quatity for a more moder system like the S300V4 given that the missile is old and its in the inventory of countries that had cooperated with Russia in air defense matters.

Are they?.

Just because a tank is destroyed by a drone doesn't mean it changes the frontlines to Russia's favor.

Crotale will be sent to the AFU
Will it be the more modern variants or the old Crotales of which China is quite familiar with and could easily provide information to Russia?

Funny how that logic doesn't seem to apply to Ukranians, with every weapon being a wunderwaffen that will drive the Russians away and will allow the Ukranians to conquer all the way to Moscow.

So, which is it?

It might have been a planned date for conversion(which is what you clearly mentioned in your post), but the contract wasn't signed until 2021.

You would think the west would have something automated for Ukraine using radar and optical to target those UAV?
Those MIG-31 flights over Minsk have some thing to do with last minute route planning for avoiding air defense and choosing targets. They are not for show. very precise sensors are needed to hit a moving target with Mach 12 missile at extreme ranges when seeker live at last moment. they are implementing fbw controls on that aircraft. now imagine radar and engine upgrades.

Footage of completely indigenous Geran-2 strikes on Kiev. Note the strike on the Ukrenergo (Укренерго) building:
Ukrainians need to stop being so dramatic. A single drone has a payload of around 25kg. If it hits the building you are in you could be in trouble but if you're on the streets chances are you are fine. Running around like Godzilla is attacking your city is ridiculous.

I wonder how they will behave once Russia goes back to Kiev and dusts off the TOS-1As

For urban and critical infrastructure protection, Ukraine would be well served with Rheinmetal 35mm C-RAM guns.
This is the right calibre, as it is a remote detonation round, while a smaller calibre requires a direct hit.

The M57 itself, 513 M57 were produced between 2004 and 2013 that does not include some of the M39 and M48 inventory that was upgraded to M57. Remaining M39/M48 have been upgraded and being upgraded to M57E1
