Balakliia also known as Balakliya is in Kharkiv region.

It was controlled by Russians yesterday but now Ukrainians are there.
Rybar confirms that the AFU attacked Balakliya(city). The AFU is also moving towards Shevchenkove (according to RVvoenkor). Still with RVvoenkor, Russian units are transferring reserves to this front. In fact, yesterday it was said that the Russians used strategic bombers on that axis, this can be expanded to make attacks in order to compromise the AFU's advance. As confirmed by Russian TL channels, it appears that the offensive is now now in Kharkiv, it was even quoted that the AFU General Staff may have given the order to transfer reserves to Kharkiv leaving Kherson in the background due to the massive losses that occurred in that region.

I don't know why all the restraint then. It just adds fuel to the fires of propaganda. Look at our friend here named after some sort of Italian STD. They are able to push this sort of propaganda because of not utilizing full power plus the loss of live for both nations.
Because propaganda doesn't matter to the effects happening on the ground. It only matters in the minds of westerners who either see winning or losing as the key to sustaining any interest in the war at all.

They could think Moscow has been overrun, Russia has been carved into many different states ran by pro western puppets, but on the ground the Russians would still be wiping out thousands of Ukrainian military aged men and their equipment every week.

That's all that matters. Propaganda is for useless (to the war effort) minds.

Take with grain of salt but this wouldnt be first time when something related to Russian casualties are leaked.

It's easily fakeable. What is the source!? Is there a better resolution photo of the full document?

...

Russia captures Kodema settlement.

Ukrainians: “LOL it’s 3km². They are so desperate.”

Ukraine captures 1km of land: “SLAVA UKRAINI. GET READY CRIMEA!!!“

Twitter never disappoints...

A "leak" that says that Ukrainians are actually "understating" Russian losses, after the CIA came out and pretty much called the Ukranians and Brits out for overstating the losses, particularly the Ukrainias.

Then if we adhere to the 3:1 rule for the wounded, then all the 150.000 men involved in the operation are dead or wounded. I'm sure you'll be able to get past your own bias and wishful thinking to realize how bs this "leak" is, right?.

Yep, they're were flying there.
So, after a week of the RuAF pounding the Ukranians daily on both fronts, managed to hit one plane. Congrats?.

By the way, when do you ship out?.

Recently "captured" from AliBaba maybe, judging by the folds.

Also, apparently the 150th is also in Zaporizhzhia since the now extint 128th Mountain Brigade captured one of their flags. Seems the 150th gets around, lol

Or maybe its just a common anti-nazi flag among the russians since it is the same flag raised on the Reichstag after Finland's aryan Übermensch friends got defeated in '45.

Now that you say it the top one is a suspiciously clean and recently folded looking flag.

The lower one looks like it was actually used at some point. Wouldn't surprise me if LDPR soldiers or Wagner buy these off taobao to put up as a statement and some of them get found by the Ukrainians.

@Broccoli I would not put too much stock in those supposed documents, reminds me of the ones claiming losses of 150k for Ukraine last month. Anyone could write some stuff and put it up on twitter. The (roughly) true losses are for now only known among both armies' top commands. We'll know when the war enters a calmer phase and estimations can arise based on official data and battlefield success.
