Russia has been very strange (-> idiotic) with its hesitancy to target critical infrastructure.
For people who remember what I wrote from day 1 of the Ukrainian war (on the other thread), Russia has been way too soft with Ukraine
LPR to hold referendum to join Russia which increases Russia's population by 2.5 million (2001 census) which for the first time in Russia's history tops 150 million population.
Russians also didn't target Ukraine's oil refinery which allows Ukrainians to have sufficient fuel to move tanks around. In WW2 Americans targeted Romania's oil refinery which resulted in Germans having no fuel to move their tanks in Ardennes counter offensive.
If I were in command of Russian army I would target Ukraine's oil refinery to make sure Ukrainians have no fuel to move tanks around.
Turkiye is saving the day (10's of millions saved from famine) by coordinating grain export from Ukraine to the rest of the world:

The Russians are basically done for. 85% committed to the Ukrainian theater with snail pace progress. They are not going to keep this up for long:
