What is this, Israel logic? Hit enemy but cry about enemy hit back? This is a war, of course they can counter attack, regardless which side you sympathize. Rather, I am surprised Ukraine did not probe attacks into Russia earlier in the war. Back when they still had reserves.

Russia claims that these Ukrainian general staff and Pivnenko were involved in planning the attack. If so, the beginning of replies from Russia has been very swift. For Israel to find and take out Foaud from Oct 7 took 9 months+. For Russia to hit the planning generals from Aug 6, only a couple of days.

I guess this is the difference between invading a 3rd tier power and invading one of the major military powers with eyes everywhere.

Yes I mentioned that commander getting effed in an earlier post.

Also commander of the AFU 28th Separate Battalion got effed in Pokrovsk. Different area though but same result.

For the day alone, Russian MoD alleges inflicting 400 casualties and 32 armored fighting vehicles (tanks and IFVs) and 24 APCs, e.g. Kozaks in the Kursk salient.

Comparison between Russia military to US or NATO should stop.
They are not remotely in the same league. Russia is a third rate military with nukes.

Look at how much they are struggling to contain a border incursion of just 1000 men.
It's being 3 years and many of you still wrongly see Russia as a capable fighting force.

The only reason why they are winning this war is because they can produce a lot more things to replace their losses. And Ukraine is can't.

Decades of military and bureaucracy corruption can not be undone in just 3 years and Russia is dealing with her consequence.

So all the equipment the US provided ukraine with were actually puffy toys to be used in disneyworld for children to play with, or is Ukraine, even with large conscript numbers and an numerical advantage to Russia, fighting with camels in half of its numbers instead of humans?
