Ukraine needs 0.5 million men mobilized out of 3.7 million men remaining. That's 1/7 of the entire male population.
This is quite sad tbh. Ukrainian current economy is already on life support, but if you throw away 1/7 of the entire male population in productive years 25-60, then there's not even a hope for economic recovery postwar.
