Fighterbomber Telegram channel claims a single Su-35 was downed and no Su-34 were lost. As usual the Ukrainians massively inflate the numbers.

Losing none would be way more surprising than losing some. We would see dumb bombing of position if there would be no threat. Losing one fighter cannot be seen like a reasonable SEAD success but more like a reasonable SEAD loss.
Losses tend to come in bump on the Russian sides tho, probably due to new systems implemented/actived on the Ukrainian side or because of a big bombing run making them more vulnerable to ambushes.
We see more of the same bump on the Ukrainian side when they receive a patch of storm shadow. They loss some aircrafts the same week or so because they are flying to use them.
I don't and no one should rightly expected the wounded to walk through roads and fields of snow and mud while facing FPV drones, mortar, artillery, quadcopter bombing and snipers to trek out of Avdiivka. The wounded were left there, expected that there only chance of survival is to be captured by the Russians and given prompt medical treatment. One of the sad stories are the bunch of wounded AFU soldiers in the basement of the Zenith air defense base which were all abandoned for the Russians.
Others simply gave up. Initial reports I found point to the hundreds.

Putin's congratulations to the Russian forces reveal the main orbat of the Russian forces in Avdiivka. Doesn't look anything close to the 7 to 1 numerical advantage the Ukrainians claim. At the most about a 2 or 3 to 1 numerical advantage for the Russians.

That's 7 brigades and 5 Regiments.
On the other hand, the Ukrainians have at least five brigades.

Footage of a group of Ukrainian soldiers leaving Avdeevka. Military personnel use the Dutch YPR-765 tracked armored vehicles developed in 1970, we previously talked about them. Also in the video you can see two Ukrainian tanks leaving Avdiivka, one of them is on fire, apparently the tank came under attack from an FPV drone. Avdiivka is considered the main fortified area of the Ukrainian army in the Donbass; it was created in 2014.
The problem is that Ukraine has been far more prone to lying, so they lost their credibility time ago.... or Russian sources were lying about losses!

At the end the most logical is believe proofs, Ukranians provided the evidence of one plane destroyed so it’s logical to believe they destroy one.
They would have destroyed more they would have the video of more.

Since when have Russian sources lied about their losses? It was always admitted after a process of confirmation.
Were there any photos of the claim downed Su-34 anyway? Or the video of its shot down... or Russian sources were lying about losses!
