The War in the Ukraine

Yes. It's been pointed out already for months. It appears the Lancet may have three warheads, used for different situations --- HE-FRAG, HEAT and Thermobaric. HEAT is used to attack armored vehicles, HE-FRAG and Thermobaric against lightly armored or non armored vehicles like SAMs, trucks, APCs and static targets like towed howitzers, radars, command posts, Starlink antennas, etc,.

All installed at once, or is one of the three installed prior to launch?

Thanks for the explanation. So can it be inferred that a 'slowish' drone like Lancet uses shape charged warhead to achieve it's kill?

Superficially Yes.

English OSINT doesn't specifically say so. They only attribute Lancet as having HE or HE-Frag.

Russian milnuts in english forums say Lancet variants include HEAT (quoting Russian language sources). Also that latest evolution of Lancet has dialled down HEAT effect to achieve better HE effect - ostensibly for a more multi purpose capable round

Anecdotal observation of some Lancet videos do seem to show through-through penetration that would indicate HEAT warhead was used

Separate. My WAG, probably at factory

It appears the Lancet is shipped in kits, in modules and assembled in minutes in the field like an Orlan. I think the warhead itself might be selected to be fitted during that moment. The actual loitering and spotting are done by separate drones which you all know, but recently a new drone was issued simply for the support of the Lancet. That's Zala's Super Cam drone. This helps spot targets for the Lancets.

In other news,

Destruction of CV-90 by RPG can now be viewed on YouTube.

I am also surprised. APFSDS, HEAT, even an RPG etc. are specially designed to penetrate and neutralized armor with high KE forces.
A lancet or any small drones OTOH travels at a relative slow speed yet is able to effectively KIA a tank like the Leo2s.
I don't believe the drones carry a lot of HE either and they are certainly are not shaped like kinetic round.
The physics doesn't make sense. Maybe someone well verse in kinetics can help me understand.
How much explosives are the lancet carrying?
The Rockeye II cluster bomb is designed to take out tanks. It has 250ish submunitions on a total weight of just 250kg. The bomblets have a mere 160g shaped charge warhead, which penetrate up to 190mm of armor.

The 1st Russian Defensive Line has been breached east of Robotyne. There are many videos and images of villages in that region confirming that there is a large flow of Ukrainian vehicles and armored vehicles crossing at that point. Apparently the Ukrainians used the captured territory to the east to try to get around the village and attack from the south.

You don't really need much to penetrate the top armour of tanks. That's probably close to double the thickness of reasonable roof armor of even a T-90 anyhow.

Another AMX-10RC taken as trophy. This comes after a previous AMX-10RC being towed by the Russians. I checked to make sure it's not a repeat of the previous vehicle. Different location, different camouflage, different towing vehicle.

Small arms trophies collected from Ukrainians at the Karmazinovsky area. Some arms look to me being old and vintage looking.

Previously posted this video but not identified the destroyed howitzer. It now appears to be an M777 according to preliminary reports.

If you're interested to know more about Russian cluster munitions which by the way are also HEAT and strikes from the top, there is little specific knowledge (OPSEC) but can be found under these names.

RBK-500
PTAB-1M
PTAB-25M
SPBE-D which uses an infrared homing device.
