They would have had to develop a laser designator that could be small enough and manipulated remotely.

and they did. Also Orlan-30 is kinda bigger than Orlan-10

A lot really is just reiterating known stuff though.

I suppose 9 and 10 is kinda 'new' or stuff that many militaries really didn't spend enough resources/effort on (such as Russia and Ukraine before the war), but not really applicable to China and US.

In fact, that list is basically only just saying stuff that the PLA knows and practices.

6. Ground forces cannot manoeuvre with GBAD including CUAS systems

Maybe true for NATO systems, but not for Russian forces. Tor can fire on the move. Armies on the move can shift alternate Buk systems from on alert to on-the-move.

why you think 9 and 10 new? it takes years of R&D before things are advertised and adjustments made when put in real combat tests against practical EW. those only with already developed skills and infrastructure are capable of making those adjustment.
There were upto 160 Ka-52 attack choppers at start of Ukraine conflict and that not including news contracts in 2021 and 2022.
no one disclose the exact ranges of missiles , target detection and the interaction with off board sensors but this emphasis on attack choppers. artillery was never a priority for Russia when you consider new tech. its all about Airpower and how to enhance it with drones.

Rostec's development for long-range radio monitoring is capable of ignoring enemy electronic warfare

Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation for the first time presents an export version of an updated automated long-range radio monitoring complex at the International Maritime Defense Show in Kronstadt. It can detect sources of radio emission from enemy objects outside the radio horizon, including during the operation of enemy electronic warfare equipment

The upgrade package, designed in 2019- 2020, includes a vastly-enhanced EO/IR targeting system, the GOES-451M with up to 8nm (15km) detection range for tank sized targets using an EO sensor, and up to 6.5nm (12km) using the thermal imaging sensor, while its recognition ranges are 6.5nm (12km) and 4.2nm (8km) respectively. The newly-added Zaslon V006 Rezets active electronic scanned array (AESA) radar has a tank-size detection range of up to 24.3nm (45km), while a large bridge detection is possible at up to 54nm (100km) and a helicopter can be seen at 11nm (20km). The radar works in the X-band and also has terrain following functions, to facilitate automatic flight at ultra-low level.

The enhanced avionic suite can also integrate within the Russian Land Forces KRUS Strelets command-and-control network system. It is also advertised as capable of manned-unmanned teaming (MUM-T), controlling UAVs in coordinated combat missions.

i thought the counterattack was on pause now? howcome we are still seeing more footages of ukrainian vehicles getting taken out? recycled footages?
Not all fighting is on pause just major operations. Also some of the footage is of Russians recovering vehicles that were destroyed earlier but were in treacherous areas at the time.
