Destroyed by the Russians during the gun battle at Snake Island.

To be honest, the Ukrainian artillery had a really big heart, the position was hit by counter artillery fire and that Kaiser behind it was actually still firing shells. It really reminded me of the movie The Best in Hell, where both artillery sides continued to work under counter artillery fire until they were killed in action.

This looks like a Krasnopol strikes and potentially a mis ID. But it can also be a Russian UAV unloading laser guided bombs or missiles to it's target, which is a Ukrainian base or depot in Orekhov.


Krasnopol strikes by artillery unit of the Russian 85th Brigade at Seversk. New unit to this area, as Chechens have been redeployed elsewhere. Targets appear to be Ukrainian vehicles.



Ukrainian captured prisoners at Pyatihyatki. These could be captured by the Ossetian units of the Russian 19th Division.


More Ukrainians captured this time at the Kharkhiv region. There's an accumulation of hundreds of Russian tanks and other vehicles, as well as probably about 4 divisions. This place is ripe for a Russian offensive.

Interesting video, it seems fighting have died down in Novodonetsk enough that Russians are using their tank to tow abandoned MRAP back to their side.

Germany only has 20,000 artillery rounds left in its stocks.

Interesting that after what we have seen in Ukraine, NATO consider expending 230,000 rounds in 30 days as "intensive combat"

I don't understand this video. There's four burning Ukrainian vehicles plus one dead T-64BV, and it's filmed by this Ukrainian soldier who ends the clip with a smiling selfie.

I like Lord Bebo enough, but this kind of footage is frequently reposted without the accompanying date number. I'd wait to see confirmation on when this was filmed.

I've been skeptical of Krasnopol strike claims. Does the Orlan have a laser designator now?
