This one is interesting. an intercept in broad daylight in Belgorod region

given that there is no high pitch sound, which a characteristics of cruise missile in flight. I would say that's an MLRS projectile or maybe UAV's. Based on the time difference between the explosion and when the sound is heard (3 seconds) The altitude of the target is about 1020 m.

If that is the case, then Ukraine has more reasons to blowup the dam than Russia.
“The Russian positions on the lower, ‘Russian’ bank of the Dnipro are flooded, and the flooding won’t last long — in seven to 10 days the water will recede and the Dnipro could become shallower than before the explosion. It’ll help the Ukrainians cross it,” Barabanov added.

Even after the water recedes it will be a muddy swamp for quite a bit.

As for who benefited, it was pretty much known that the southern part, occupied by Russia, would be the worst affected even prior to the dam burst. And once again, Russia controlled the dam, so they could open or close the gates to empty the dam. Why would Russia purposefully blow the dam up when they could have just opened the floodgates if they wanted to flood the area downstream?

This sounds similar to the idiotic theory about Russia blowing up NordStream.

There are claims in Russian channels that the Russian aircraft downed in Belgorod several days ago were shot down by a Ukrainian S-200 SAM system which the Ukrainians supposedly managed to reactivate. Several former Warsaw Pact and Soviet Union countries also used to operate the S-200.

Hm
I doubt one of the Sukhois or Migs being the one whom gotten shot down since the size and the maneuverability of the SA-5

once the water recedes, for at least a week if not more, the banks will be muddy, which i think makes it harder for the ukrainians to cross.

A giant column of Ukrainian vehicles being picked off. Its like Ukrainians making the same mistake the Russians did at the start of the war

TOS-1A being used on Ukrainian positions in Marinka.

Ukrainian field HQ in the Kupyan sector being hit by smart bombs from Russian Aviation. This looks to me more like Krasnopol strikes. Or it can be a Russian UAV hitting it's targets using laser guided bombs like KAB-20L.

This thermobaric attack is handled this time by a TOS-2 Tosochka, a new vehicle for thermobaric MLRS. However it was only commented on the video and didn't show the vehicle. This one is based on an all wheel drive tractor, instead of a tracked vehicle, allowing cheaper and easier mass production of the asset while improving it's off road capabilities. TOS units are in full scale production and we are seeing them in more areas and with units we have not seen them before.
