There is currently an Air Raid Alert for the Regions of Southern and Central Ukraine with Initial Reports of 3M54-1 “Kalibr” Cruise Missiles being launched from Russian Naval Ships in the Black Sea. Missiles Strikes have been reported in Nikolaiv Region with fires said to have broken out at the Target Locations. The mayor of Nikolaev Vitalyi Kim reported a fire after the explosions and urged not to publish photos and videos.

Russia is claiming that that the Ukranians are claiming 3 times the amount of missiles they actually fired, pretending this is true and assuming that Kinzhal has the same amount of penetration aids as Izkander(6 per missile if I recall correctly) what are the chances they fired 2 or 3 Kinzhal and everything claimed as hit were the decoys?
2 Kinzhals could put out 12 decoys which along with wathever drone and other decoys launched by Russia might match Ukraine's 19 "missiles" tally.
Of course, this is just a lot of assumptions particularly regarding the characteristics of Kinzhal and how closely related it might be to Izkander.
Seems some Ukranian official is threatening to cut people's finger off if they take pictures of air defence systems at work

PAC-2 missiles are guided via TVM. The missiles have passive receivers and the target may not be aware that it’s been fired at until it’s too late.

U.S.-manufactured Patriot surface-to-air missile system has been struck by Kinzhal hypersonic glide vehicle in Kiev.
A US-made Patriot air defense system was likely damaged, but not destroyed, as the result of a Russian missile barrage in and around Kyiv early Tuesday morning local time, a US official tells CNN.
The US is still assessing to what degree the system was damaged, the official said. That will determine whether the system needs to be pulled back entirely or simply repaired on the spot by Ukrainians forces.
